The large rooms with terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings are carefully furnished in a cosy rustic style.

A golf club is a few kilometres from the property, whereas Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Siena, Florence, Anghiari, Sansepolcro and many other Tuscan tourist destinations and cities of art are within short driving distance.

A wide park dotted with century-old olive trees and equipped with wood-burning oven, barbecue, gazebo and outdoor furniture surrounds the villa.

The beautiful private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-3.00 m) a few metres from the house is equipped with parasols and sun loungers.

A private tennis court shared with the guests of a nearby villa is a few hundred metres from the property.

The porch is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.

The mansard consists of three double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with shower), a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub.

The first floor is accessed both from inside and the garden.
