Description

The villa is located in proximity to Montecarlo, a charming hamlet in the plain of Lucca, and is an excellent accommodation particularly for those who dream of relaxing holidays in close contact with nature.

Close to the villa is an agricultural business with plenty of animals, orchards, vegetables, olive trees and vines. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with some tastes of the products of the farm.

The villa is also an excellent departure point for trips to many important Tuscan cities of art, including Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Florence and Siena, or trips at the discovery of the natural beauties of the Gargagnana. The beaches of the Versilia are within easy car reach, as well. Families with children can visit the famous Pinocchio Park, in Collodi.

The rooms of the villa are tastefully furnished in classical style, with wooden and wrought-iron furniture.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a fenced garden of about 2,000 square metres, furnished with a table and some chairs for eating al fresco, a small playground for children and the barbecue equipment.

The private swimming pool (10x4 m) lies about 30 metres from the villa and is open from May to September. The pool side is furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers, and the swimming pool can be used also at night, thanks to its lighting system.

A fully fenced 1,000-square-metre lake stretches among the trees and the cultivated fields next to the swimming pool.

The estate is accessed through an electric gate.


Accommodation

The villa covers an area of about 120 square metres; it sleeps 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is the cellar.
On the first floor are the kitchen furnished in rustic style, the living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower and the washing machine.

A large balcony is furnished for having meals al fresco.

The villa is provided with garden, children playground, swimming pool, barbecue, wireless Internet connection, working fireplace, fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, garage and uncovered parking place.

Two folding beds and a playpen for children are available upon request.

A bus stop is about 400 metres from the villa.

About 2 kilometres from the villa is a supermarket with a chemist`s.

Shops and services of any kind are in Altopascio, about 3 kilometres from the estate.
The motorway exit and the nearest railway station are in Altopascio, as well.

Famous restaurants are to be found in Montecarlo, about 5 kilometres from the villa.
