Description

The elegant 18th-century villa is situated in Monteriggioni (Siena) and is immersed in the fields and woods that cover the hills of Chianti.

Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to visit Siena, the Chianti region, Colle Val d`Elsa, San Gimignano and its towers, and many other Tuscan cities of art.

In the origin a farmhouses, the villa has been recently renovated and furnished in the traditional Tuscan style in keeping with its beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floor.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a wide garden dotted with oak, linden and cypress trees.
The private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.30-1.80 m) lies on a terrace about 30 metres from the villa. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and an external shower. A pergola is furnished with a table and some deck chairs.
In the garden are also the barbecue equipment and some table for guests to have their meals al fresco.

The complex consists in the villa and two annexes, the Guest House and the Restored Barn; it sleeps 11+3 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, 2 single sofa beds and 1 single folding bed, and has 4 bathrooms.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 7 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.
The ground floor composes of the fully equipped kitchen and a wide living room with access to the garden.
On the first floor are a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The second floor consists in a large bedroom with three single beds.

The Guest House is on two floors, sleeps 2+2 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 single sofa bed and 1 single folding bed, and has 1 bathroom.
On the ground floor are the living room with kitchenette, dining area and single sofa bed, and a bathroom.
A single folding bed is on a loft.
On the first floor is a large double bedroom.

The Restored Barn sleeps 2+1 guests in 1 double bedroom and 1 single sofa bed, and has 1 bathroom.
It composes of a living room with kitchenette, dining area and single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
In the veranda furnished with a table and some benches is also the barbecue equipment.
