Description

The original villa is located in the plain of Lucca, a few kilometres from the beaches of Versilia, which are easily reached by car. Also Lucca, Pisa Florence, the picturesque villages of Garfagnana and many other Tuscan tourist destinations are easily reached for pleasant one-day jaunts at the discovery the region's artistic and landscape treasures.

Surrounded by a wide and shady park with natural terraces, in which is also the house of the owners - who will be glad to help their guests in case of need -, the villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in the utmost privacy. A part of the park is cultivated with olive trees for the production of olive oil.


The Outdoors

In addition to the 2,000-square-metre park, the villa features also a wide private lawn with the barbecue equipment. A large covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The swimming pool (126 m; depth: 1-1.70 m) is about 80 metres from the villa, surrounded by olive trees. It is supplied with a lighting system. A shower and a toilette are next to the pool.

The villa is a two-storey building split into two connected apartments; it sleeps 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 4 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 spreads over two levels; it sleeps 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 1 bathroom.

On the ground floor are a small kitchen and a large living room with dining area and a double sofa bed.
Six steps lead to the lower level, consisting of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a passageway dressing room that leads to an open gallery with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.

Apartment 2 spreads over two levels; it sleeps 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are a small kitchen and a bright living room/dining area.
Six steps lead to the lower level, composed of a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a passageway room that leads to an open gallery with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
