The beautiful stone villa stands in scenic location on the verdant hills of Val d'Orcia, near Campiglia d'Orcia, in the province of Siena.

Furnished in a welcoming style, the villa features some elements typical of Sienese country houses, such as chestnut beams, and a warm ancient oak floor.

Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Mount Amiata, Sarteano, San Quirico d'Orcia, Radicofani and Siena are within easy driving distance, as well as the thermal towns of Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme.


The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (16x4.5 m; depth: 1.40 m) overlooking the surrounding countryside and provided with a salt-water purification system and a poolside shower are in the garden that surrounds the building.

An outdoor area in front of the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs for dining alfresco.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms and has 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with a fireplace/barbecue, a large living room with fireplace, the dining room with fireplace, the laundry room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of a large living room with fireplace and three double bedrooms (two with private bathroom with shower and one with private bathroom with whirlpool bathtub).

One of the bedrooms on the first floor is lofted.
