Description

The structure (sleeping 4+1) is a small independent villa with private swimming pool. In origin, the building was the ancient Medieval chapel of the small village of Montegonzi. The villa has been recently renovated maintaining its ancient original structure and offers a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills.

Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and satellite TV and 1 bathroom with shower. First floor: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning system.

A panoramic swimming pool (6.10x3.80x1.40 m) is located in the garden and is open from March, 30th to October, 30th. The patio in front of the hallway is furnished with a table and some chairs, whereas the patio at the back of the building and facing the swimming pool is furnished with a sofa and some armchairs.
