Description

The villa is situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, on a knoll standing at the centre of the triangle formed by Vinci, Empoli and Montelupo Fiorentino. The villa is surrounded by 15 hectares of land covered with vineyards and olive groves; around the property stretch many paths for pleasant walks and bicycle rides.

The villa is an excellent point of departure for visiting not only the birthplace of the ingenious Leonardo and Montelupo, renowned for its ceramics, but also important Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence and Pisa, and picturesque small towns such as San Gimignano and Certaldo. Some tennis courts, a riding stable and a golf club are in proximity to the villa.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a fully fenced wide park rich in century-old trees in which are a football pitch and a table-tennis table.

A few metres from the house lies the private swimming pool (13x6 m; depth: 1.10-2.50 m), which commands the surrounding countryside.

The pergola in front of the swimming pool is furnished with the barbecue equipment and a big table for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building furnished in Tuscan style that sleeps 7+2 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 2 supplementary single beds; it has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the entry hall, the kitchen, a living room, the dining room, the laundry room, the winter garden and a half bathroom. All the rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden.
The first floor composes of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

Two supplementary single beds can be added in the bedrooms.
