The recently renovated stone building covers a surface of about 160 m², is furnished in Tuscan rustic style and features brick floors and brick and beamed ceilings. The villa is surrounded by a wide garden with two swimming pools: the largest (6x12 m) is provided with springboard, where as the smallest (4x3 m) is provided with hydromassage system. Provided with all comforts (satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue equipment and safe), the villa is the ideal accommodation for those who are looking for peace and tranquillity. Nature lovers can hike or horse ride on the hills that surround the estate, whereas those who like history and art can visit famous towns, such as Volterra, San Gimignano Florence, Pisa and Siena. Small animals are welcome.

The villa (1 triple bedroom, 3 double bedrooms + double sofa beds and 3 bathrooms) spreads out over two floors. The ground floor consists in fully equipped kitchen, wide living room with piano, satellite TV, DVD player and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, laundry room and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor is provided with air conditioning and composes of 1 triple bedroom with double bed, one single bed, TV set, DVD player and safe, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 double bedroom with TV set, DVD player, safe and en-suite bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
