The beautiful villa stands in panoramic location on the hills that surround Arezzo, near Subbiano, at the border of Casentino.

Surrounded by vineyards, cultivated fields and woodland, the villa is the ideal accommodation for pleasant holidays in close contact with nature and for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

The sanctuary of Chiusi della Verna, Caprese Michelangelo, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and Poppi and its wonderful castle are within short driving distance. Various nature reserves are a few dozen kilometres from the property. Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa are easily reached by train from the nearby Arezzo railway station.

Guests will have the opportunity to purchase the wine produced in the property.


The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.40-2.40 m) situated in the wide garden about 20 metres from the house is exclusively reserved to guests.

A wood burning oven and the barbecue equipment are under a pergola furnished for dining al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey stone building that sleeps 10 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and has 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the entrance, the kitchen with fireplace, the dining room, a large living room, a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has a direct access to a covered furnished terrace.

Dinners with Tuscan dishes are organised upon request.
