Description

The beautiful holiday villa stands in panoramic position on a hill in Sienese Valdichiana and a short distance from the thermal towns of San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme. The villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting some famous tourist destinations in southern Tuscany, including Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena.

The stone building has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original architectural characteristics; the rooms feature beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors, and are furnished with good taste.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden of about two hectares, where are the private swimming pool (15x7 m; depth: 1.20-2.50 m), an external shower with both cold and hot water, and the barbecue equipment. Two gazebos, one close to the swimming pool and the other next to a pergola furnished for having meals al fresco, are at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 5 double bedrooms; it has 4 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with fireplace, the living room, the dining room, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of four double bedrooms (one of which has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub) and two bathrooms with shower.

The villa is accessed from the garden via a covered and furnished terrace.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a direct access to the garden.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, Internet connection, satellite TV, working fireplace, oven, microwave oven, American-style coffee maker, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A maid service is available upon request.
