Description

Villa Arbia is located within the Siena province, on the edges of "Crete Senesi", between the villages of Monteroni d`Arbia and Buonconvento. The location of the house is really striking as it`s immersed in a typical country tuscan area 1.5 kilometres from the little village of Ponte d`Arbia.

Villa Arbia is provided with a private swimming pool (6 x 14 m; dpeth: 1.50 m) in panoramic position. A park with garden surrounds the villa and offers an ideal space for children. A large porch is furnished for dining al fresco. A wood-burning oven is near the porch.

Near the house there is a little lake for guests to practice fishing. Many place of interest, such as Buonconvento, Siena, San Quirico d`Orcia, Pienza, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Florence, Arezzo and Perugia are easy to reach with daily trips. Well-known in the area is the production of wines such `Brunello di Montalcino` and `Nobile di Montepulciano`. Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni thermal baths are within 30 kilometres of the property.

The villa sleeps 13 guests in 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom and has 8 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of a large and well-equipped kitchem a living room with dining area, a room with a sofa, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom woth private bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are a small kitchen with dinig area, three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and a room with three single beds and a privata bathroom with shower.

The twin bedroom is transformed into a double bedroom upon request.

The first floor is accessed both from outside and inside the house.
