Description

The villa is located in an old hamlet surrounded of olive groves, vineyards and woods in the Chianti Classico area, near Gaiole in Chianti (Siena).

Near the property there are plenty of wineries that organise visits to their cellars. There guests can taste the famous Chianti Classico DOCG produced in the area.

The whole Chianti region, Siena, Florence and many other Tuscan cities of art, including San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and Arezzo, are within easy driving distance.


The Outdoors

In the wide, fully fenced garden that stretches around the house there are the private swimming pool (7.5x4.5 m; depth: 1.10 m), the barbecue area furnished for having meals in the open air and a children's playground with slide and swing.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed and has 3 bathrooms.

On the raised ground floor are the kitchen corner, a living room with fireplace and dining area, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a four-poster bed and a bathroom with shower.
A winding staircase leads to the ground floor, which composes of living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, storeroom and a bathroom with shower.

The ground floor is accessed also from the outside.
