The nice villa is situated in Arezzo Valdichiana, on the hills that surround Cortona. Its proximity to the border with Umbria makes the villa an excellent departure point for visiting not only many Tuscan tourist destinations - such as Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena and Montalcino - but also many other important cities of art in central Italy. Lake Trasimeno is just a few kilometres from the property and is easily reached by car.

The recently renovated villa features elegant brick arches and beamed ceilings. The beautiful rooms are furnished in a warm and cosy rustic style.


The Outdoors

In the terraced garden that surrounds the house lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 2.45 m), equipped with parasols, sun loungers and a gazebo with table and chairs.

A wide terrace is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 6 guests in 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with a dining area, the living room with a second dining area and a fireplace, and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area on the first floor composes of a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms, and another bathroom with shower.

The two twin bedrooms can be arranged as double bedrooms, upon request.
