The villa is set on the hills at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, near Anghiari (Arezzo), in Valtiberina.

Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Caprese Michelangelo, Casentino castles and sanctuaries, Città di Castello, Gubbio, Siena, the Val d'Orcia region and many other places of tourist interest in Tuscany and central Italy are within easy driving distance.

The beautiful country house has large rooms and is equipped with all comforts.

A fully-fenced garden surrounds the villa.

A dressing room with a bathroom with shower is next to the private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.20). The pool is fenced and illuminated.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 20 guests in 7 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms and has 7 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

On the upper ground floor there are the kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a large dining room and an access to a terrace, and two half bathrooms.
The sleeping area on the first floor composes of a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower adjoining to a bedroom with a bunk bed, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, four more double bedrooms, a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, another twin bedroom and three more bathrooms with shower.
The lower ground consists of a laundry area.
