Description

The property, which comprises a main villa and a cottage, is situated in scenery location in Arezzo Valdichiana almost at the border between Tuscany and Umbria and a few kilometres from the Etruscan town of Cortona.

The ideal accommodation for having relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, the farmhouse is also an excellent departure point for jaunts to Cortona, Arezzo, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza and many other central-Italy cities of art. Lake Trasimeno is about 30 kilometres from the property.

The recently restored farmhouse for holidays in Tuscany features beamed ceilings, terracotta-tiled floors, ancient wooden furniture and wrought-iron complements.

The owners live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

A fully fenced garden dotted with trees, plants and roses and equipped with tables and chairs for having meals al fresco stretches around the two buildings.

The private swimming pool (4x8 m; depth: 2 m) lies on a wide natural terrace a few metres from the villa and enjoys gorgeous views of the valley below. The poolside is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The complex sleeps in total 12 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

The main villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 2 bathrooms.

The first floor consists of the kitchen, a living room with fireplace and a double sofa bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The cottage is a two-storey building that sleeps 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms and has 1 bathroom.

On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace and kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of two double bedrooms.

The kitchen and the living room of the main villa have a direct access to the outdoor dining area.
