Description

The villa is a complex including an old farmhouse and two annexes immersed in the green Valdichiana countryside, just a few kilometres from Lucignano, in the province of Arezzo.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a wide fenced park and is the ideal accommodation for those who want to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, as well as an excellent departure point for visiting Cortona, Arezzo, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Siena and many other Tuscan cities of art.

Near the farmhouse are also a tennis club, a riding stable, a golf club and Rapolano Terme thermal baths.


The Outdoors

The buildings are surrounded by a 4-hectare park that includes a wide garden furnished for having meals al fresco, a vineyard, an olive grove and an oak-and-poplar wood.

About 20 metres from the houses lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.00-1.50 m), equipped with sunshades and sun loungers.

A wood-burning oven, the barbecue equipment, a swing and a small roundabout are at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The complex composes of four independent apartments situated in the main building and in a large and a small annex; in total it sleeps 12+6 guests in 5 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 double sofa bed. The complex has 4 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The main building composes of kitchen, large living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. A large porch is furnished for having meals al fresco.

The large annex is a two-storey building divided into two apartments.
The apartment on the ground floor composes of large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The apartment on the first floor consists of a large kitchen with double sofa bed, a twin bedroom and a half bathroom with shower.

The small annex is divided into kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, wood-burning oven, bicycles, small roundabout, swing, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking place.
A cook and a maid service are available upon request.
