Description

The farmhouse (6+1 sleeping accommodations) stands in panoramic position on a hill in Valdichiana, near Montisi and Sinalunga, in the province of Siena. The building overlooks the gorgeous countryside, rich in pastureland where graze the ships whose milk is used to produce the celebrated "pecorino" cheese.

The two-storey farmhouse is surrounded by a lawn dotted with cypresses and olive trees, typical of the Tuscan landscape. Here are the swimming pool, supplied with sunloungers and sunshades, and a paved and covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco.

Inside the farmhouse features some elements typical of Tuscan country buildings, such as terracotta-tiled floors, cotto and beamed ceilings and honey-coloured walls.

Just a few kilometres from the farmhouse are a golf club, a riding stable, a tennis club and the thermal establishments of Rapolano Terme. Moreover, the farmhouse is close to some of the most famous Tuscan tourist destinations, such as Siena, Arezzo, Montalcino and Pienza, whereas other important cities of art are within easy car distance.


Accommodation

The farmhouse (3 double bedrooms + single sofa bed and 4 bathrooms) has two entrances: the main one is on the ground floor, whereas the second is on the basement, from the parking. The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom with shower and a further bathroom with shower. The basement consists in 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a hallway with single sofa bed. The living room opens onto the paved terrace.

The farmhouse disposes of swimming pool (4x12 m, depth: 1.20-1.40 m), barbecue equipment, Internet connection, satellite TV, VCR/DVD, CD player, heating, oven, microwave oven, American-style coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby cot and parking. Pets are allowed.

The nearest railway station is in Sinalunga.
