Description

The farmhouse is situated in a particularly peaceful area of Valdera, close to the thermal town of Casciana Terme (Pisa).

The farmhouse stands in panoramic position and affords a wonderful view over Valdera hills, covered with olive groves. Thanks to its geographical position, the farmhouse is fresh and airy in the summer.

The 17th-century castle of Lari and Casciana Terme thermal baths are just a few kilometres from the farmhouse. The Etruscan coast with its beaches, Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, San Gimignano, Florence and Siena are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.

The owners of the farmhouse live nearby and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The farmhouse is surrounded by a wide fully fenced park, around which stretch hectares of cultivated fields, olive groves and woodland.

The garden is scattered with chairs and sun loungers for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

A wood-burning oven is at guests' disposal in a small annex adjacent to the house.

A table for having meals al fresco is in a patio overlooking the surrounding panorama.

The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.40 m) is fully fenced and features Roman end steps.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 20 guests in 2 quadruple bedrooms, 2 triple bedrooms and 1 bedroom with six beds, and has 5 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with the wide dining room, a large bedroom with six beds and a bathroom.
The first floor composes of a large living room with fireplace, a reading room, two triple bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and two quadruple bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

The bedrooms on the first floor are bright and enjoy a wonderful panoramic view.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool with Roman end steps, wood-burning oven, barbecue, working fireplace, Internet connection, DVD player, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
A cook and a domestic help are available upon request.
