Description

The cosy 12th-century farmhouse (12 sleeping accommodations) is situated in wonderful hilly position. Originally a medieval sighting tower, the farmhouse overlooks the surrounding hills and the unspoilt landscape.

Thanks to its thick walls, in the summer the house is cool; in the winter, the heating system and the big fireplaces keep it warm.

The ancient paved farmyard is furnished for eating al fresco. Close to it are the swimming pool and the whirlpool bath, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.


Accommodation

The farmhouse offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 living rooms and a dining room and accommodates up to 12 people.

On the ground floor are a large living room with wood-burning stove, a dining room, a large kitchen, a double-bedded room and a small bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is also a mini apartment with independent entrance but communicating with the main house. The apartment composes of kitchen/dining room, bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of a large living room with fireplace, small kitchen with table, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 1 double-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
On the second floor, Torre, is a large double-bedded room with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.


Facilities

The farmhouse is provided with swimming pool, car park, working fireplaces, cot bed, DVD player, satellite TV, CD player, Internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and electrical oven.

Maid service and/or a cook are available upon request. A tennis club, a golf club, a gym and riding stables are a few kilometres from the farmhouse.
Pets are welcome.
