The beautiful farmhouse stands in panoramic position in Valdichiana, close to Cortona (Arezzo), and affords a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse is an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo, Siena, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangelo, the castles and forests of Casentino, the Chianti district and Florence, which are all easily reached by car.
The cosy stone building has been renovated with an eye to preserving its original architectural structure and is furnished in rustic style.
The Outdoors
The terraced garden that stretches around the building commands the valley below and is furnished with a table and chairs for having meals al fresco.
The small stone swimming pool (3,5x4 m) features a hydromassage system.
The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 5+1 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 sofa bed, and has 2 bathrooms.
The ground floor consists of entry hall, kitchen with fireplace and dining area; living room with fireplace, dining area and access to a smaller living room with a sofa bed and a French door opening onto the garden; a single bedroom and a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
On the first floor are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with whirlpool shower.
The first floor is accessed also by an external stair.
