Description

The farmhouse, a stone building that has been carefully renovated with an eye to maintaining its original charm, is located on the hills between Lucca and Montecatini Terme, in Lappato (Lucca), just a few kilometres from the beaches of Versilia and from Collodi, the town of the park dedicated to Pinocchio.

Staying at this farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside guests will have the opportunity to visit Lucca and its monuments (the 16th-century city walls and the Guinigi Tower are just two of the most famous) or to attend Lucca Summer Festival and Lucca Comics and Games (which are held in July and late October-early November, respectively).
Guests can also have plenty of long and relaxing walks in the neighbourhood or visit other famous Tuscan cities of art, including Pisa, Siena, Florence and Arezzo, which are all within easy driving distance.
Near the farmhouse are also some tennis courts and a riding stable.


The Outdoors

The farmhouse stands amidst more than a hectare of olive groves and vineyards for the production of the red wine guests can purchase at the estate.
The fully-fenced private swimming pool (8.40x4.90 m; depth: 1.20 m) lies in a secluded spot about 100 metres from the house. The solarium area around the pool is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and sunshades. Next to the swimming pool are also a shower with warm water and a small wooden dressing room.
A gazebo furnished with table and chairs stands under a big oak tree near the swimming pool.
A large table is at guests` disposal near the house for having meals al fresco while admiring the surrounding countryside.
In the garden are also a table-tennis table and some children`s toys.

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 6+2 people in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, and has 4 bathrooms.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

The farmhouse is equipped with fenced swimming pool, barbecue, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet connection, tennis-table tennis, children`s toys, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking place.
A baby sitter is available upon request.
