Description

The villa (9 beds) is situated on the promontory of Argentario and towers over Porto Santo Stefano, the most important city in this part of Tuscany. Situated in a picturesque corner of the Tuscan coast, Porto Santo Stefano is the departure port of any ships and ferry boats to the Giglio Island and is also an excellent starting point for excursions to Castiglion della Pescaia, Talamone, Baratti, the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia, Vetulonia and Tarquinia and Grosseto, of course. Nature lovers can visit the Parco Nazionale dell`Uccellina (Uccellina National Park), whereas those who want to relax and purify themselves can visit the spas in Saturnia. Florence, Pisa, Siena, Livorno and Rome are all within easy car reach. In the neighbourhood of the villa there are some tennis courts and a lake for sportfishing. Possibility of snorkelling along the reefs and of windsurfing and water skiing. The holiday house is provided with all comforts (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and TV) and is surrounded by a garden overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The detached house (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) spreads out over three floors and is composed of living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house features four terraces, two of whom are furnished with a table and some chairs.
