Description

The property is situated on the hills east of Florence, in Valdisieve.

The 15th-century complex affords a wonderful view of the surrounding hills covered with woodland and is an excellent accommodation for relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy and peace.

The complex comprises a restored barn and its outbuilding.

Florence historic centre and its famous monuments are easily reached by train. The Chianti district, Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano and other important Tuscan cities of art are within easy driving distance of the property.

The owners live near the property and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

A paved area equipped with a gazebo, a table and chairs for having meals al fresco stretches between the two buildings.

The private swimming pool in the garden (14x7 m; depth: 1.20-1.50 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

In the garden are also a table-tennis table and the barbecue equipment.

In total, the ancient barn and its outbuilding sleep 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and have 2 bathrooms.

The barn is a two-storey building that sleeps 4 guests in 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and has 1 bathroom.
On the ground floor is a wide living room with kitchen corner and dining area.
The sleeping area is on the lower floor, which is accessed also from outside and composes of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The outbuilding sleeps 2 guests and composes of a dining area with kitchen corner, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.
