Description

The villa stands in dominating and panoramic position on the hills of Versilia, in Stiava, in proximity to Massarosa (Lucca) and enjoys a wide view over the valley below up to the sea. Marina di Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio and other famous Versilia seaside resorts are just about 10 kilometres from the estate. Lucca and the Garfagnana region are within easy car distance as well.

Due to its position and its south-west aspect, the villa is particularly cool, also thanks to the sea breeze that blows during the day.

The villa is particularly suited for sporty guests, who can have pleasant walks and mountain-bike rides in the surroundings, go riding, visit the golf and tennis clubs in the neighbourhoods or dedicate to aquatic sports. Guests can also rent some boats for one-day sea trips.

Guests are granted the utmost privacy and the exclusive use of the garden. Moreover, they can taste the products cultivated in the estate.


The Outdoors

The villa is situated in a fully fenced estate of about 6,000 square metres closed with two gates.

An olive grove, a lemon-house, some fruit trees and some vegetable gardens surround the building. The land at the back of the villa is divided into nine cultivated terraces. At the back of the villa is also an aviary.

The garden is furnished with a gazebo, a big barbecue/wood-burning oven and a table sitting up to 14 people.

A small children's swimming pool (4x2 m; depth: 1 m) is in front of the house.


Accommodation

The two-storey building sleeps 8+2 people in 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 bedroom with a large single bed, 1 twin-bedded room and 2 supplementary single beds for children, and has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the entrance hall, the fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, the living room with a fireplace, one double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom with bathtub with shower, and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a bedroom-study with a large single bed, one double-bedded room, one bedroom with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub with shower.

Two single beds for children can be added in the double-bedded room on the first floor.

The villa is provided with swimming pool, barbecue equipment, wood-burning oven, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, working fireplaces, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, reezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and private parking place.

Toys for children are available upon request.

Two bicycles and a maid service are at guests` disposal.

Baby-sitting service and a cook are supplied upon request (additional charges apply).

Access to the Villa
