Description

Situated between Radicofani and Bagni San Filippo, the farmhouse is immersed in the natural park of Val d`Orcia, which UNESCO declared a World Heritage site in 2004.

The farmhouse is an excellent lodging for those who dream of relaxing holidays in a peaceful corner of southern Tuscany, just a few kilometres from Siena, Chianciano Terme and Lake Bolsena.

Nature lovers can have wonderful walks and horseback and bike rides along the nearby Via Francigena. A few kilometres from the estate are also a riding stable and a tennis club, as well as the thermal baths of Bagni San Filippo. The most important Tuscany cities of art, such as Arezzo, Florence, Lucca and Pisa, as well as the small and picturesque villages of Val d'Orcia (Montalcino, Sarteano and San Quirico d'Orcia) are easily reached by car.

Staying at the farmhouse, guests will have the opportunity to taste the delicious dishes of the traditional Sienese cuisine prepared with the cheeses, the cured meats and the extra-virgin olive oil produced in the region.

The owners live near the farmhouse and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The stone building is surrounded by a wide garden in which lies the swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.10-1.40 m). The poolside is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

The garden is furnished with tables and chairs for having meals in the open air.

The farmhouse is divided into five independent apartments and a double bedroom with a bathroom, sleeps 18+7 guests in 8 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 3 supplementary single beds and 2 double sofa beds, and has 9 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 composes of kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Apartment 2 composes of kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Apartment 3 consists of kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Apartment 4 consists of kitchen, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and three bathrooms.
Apartment 5 composes of kitchen, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms.
The property features also an independent double bedroom with a bathroom.

Three supplementary single beds are added upon request in apartments 4 and 5.
