The farmhouse (8 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the Crete Senesi, near San Giovanni d`Asso, in the province of Siena.
A fenced garden surrounds the building for the protection of the guests` privacy. The farmhouse has been recently renovated and furnished in the typical Tuscan rustic style.
Those who love strolling in the unspoilt nature can hike in the neighbouring Ragnaia forest, rich in the typical century-old trees of the Mediterranean macchia; art and culture lovers can visit the picturesque village of an Giovanni d`Asso, with its castle and its ancient church.
Important tourist destinations in the province of Siena are just a few kilometres from the farmhouse: Bagno Vignoni, with its spa resorts and the ancient thermal bathtub in the town centre, San Quirico d`Orcia and the abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore.
The farmhouse is also the ideal accommodation for those who want to dedicate themselves to gourmet tourism: San Giovanni d`Asso is the home of truffle; Montalcino, the town of the famous Brunello wine, and Pienza, where a delicious pecorino cheese is produced, are just a few kilometres from the farmhouse. Last but not least, Siena lies within easy car distance.

The farmhouse composes of 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms and is divided into two apartments.
Apartment 1 spreads out over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, featuring a fireplace, the satellite TV and a kitchenette. The first floor is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with shower.
Apartment 2 spreads out over two floors, as well. The ground floor composes of living room with kitchenette and satellite TV, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding a single bed or a cradle.
Facilities
The farmhouse is equipped with a private swimming pool furnished with sunloungers and sunshades. Both apartments are provided with a gazebo furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco.

Struttura bellissima caratteristica e fornita di tutto il necessario. Completa il tutto il bellissimo contesto in cui si trova. Ottimo!

It is a very nice House separated in 2 parts. One part is for 4 persons and one part is for 3 persons. The owner, Paola is very nice and you can ask her anything. The swimmingpool is excellent. Very clean and big enough. The view is also very beautiful. The road to the house is not pleasent to drive on. Greetings Martijn en Ilja

Bellissimo giardino, magnifico con il gelsomino fiorito. Bella casa , ben arredata nella tradizione toscana, magari utile qualche comodità in più, leggi lavastoviglie, a cui si è abituati, e copertura impermeabile dei gazebo, cosi da poterli usare anche nelle giornate "un poco umide". Piacevole poter usare il camino, dati giorni incontrati, che son stati poco favorevoli.

Abbiamo passato una settimana rilassante , gli appartamenti erano confortevoli e puliti , dotati di ogni utensile necessario. I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Saluti

Eine wunderschöne, saubere Unterkunft. Pooĺ sehr gepflegt und schön, dass dieser nochmals abgegrenzt ist.
