Description

The farmhouse is a stone building located in Arezzo countryside, just a few kilometres from the famous town of Cortona, in Valdichiana.

The building is part of a farm producing olive oil, Chianti wine and other typical Tuscan products.

The ancient farmhouse has been carefully renovated and elegantly furnished in the traditional rural Tuscan style.

The ideal accommodation for having relaxing holidays in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the farmhouse is also an excellent departure point for visiting many important cities of art, including Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, Pienza, Anghiari and Sansepolcro, as well as the Chianti and Val d'Orcia regions. Lake Trasimeno is within short driving distance.


The Outdoors

A few metres from the building lies the private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 0.50-1.80 m) equipped with sunshades and sun loungers.

The garden that surrounds the house is equipped with a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a swing and a slide for children.

A table and some chairs are at guests' disposal for having meals in the open air.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building divided into three apartments and in total sleeps 10 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms.

The apartment on the ground floor composes of kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Both apartments on the first floor consist in kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is also a living room with fireplace and kitchen corner.
