Description

The farmhouse, which is exclusively reserved for guests, is in Marciano della Chiana, a village in Valdichiana, in the province of Arezzo. Situated in airy and panoramic position, the farmhouse is surrounded by a 7000-square-metre garden rich in olive and pine trees, firs and oaks for guests to relax in the shadow while enjoying the view over the gentle Tuscan hills.

Guests can rent some mountain bikes in proximity to the estate for visiting the surroundings. Alternatively, the owners of the farmhouse organize some walks for guests to discover the natural beauties of the surrounding countryside.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a 7000-square-metre garden with tables and chairs in the shadow of the many trees.

About 15 metres from the building lies the private swimming pool (6x12 m), equipped with deck chairs, sunshades and cold and warm shower. The swimming pool is open from May to October.

A paved terrace is furnished for having meals al fresco.

In the garden are also a bowl pitch, a swing for children and a table-tennis table.


Accommodation

The two-storey building has a livable surface of 130 square metres; it sleeps 8+2 people in 1 double-bedded room, 3 twin-bedded rooms and 2 single sofa beds, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with fireplace and two single sofa beds, the dinette and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor composes of one double-bedded room with ensuite bathroom, one room with two single beds, two rooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and another bathroom.

The double-bedded room comes with a covered panoramic balcony.


Facilities

The farmhouse is provided with swimming pool, bowl pitch, table-tennis table, fireplace, aerators, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, safe and private car parking place.

The bookcases in the farmhouse are provided with books in several languages.

In August a personal trainer is at guests` disposal every morning.

Guests can order gourmet dinners to be served in the paved terrace. Cooking lessons can be organized in four languages for guests to discover the secrets of Tuscan cuisine.

A baby sitter and a maid service are available upon request.
