Description

The beautiful farmhouse stands in scenic location in a very peaceful part of the Crete Senesi region, near the medieval town of Stigliano.

The stone building has been renovated with an eye to maintaining its original architectural features.

Some nature reserves and the famous Abbey of San Galgano are a few dozen kilometres from the property. Siena, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and many other tourist destinations in southern Tuscany are within short driving distance.


The Outdoors

A wide terraced garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue stretches around the house.

The private swimming pool (5.5x11 m; maximum depth: 1.80 m) reserved to the exclusive use of guests is in a scenic location and affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 9 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor consists of kitchen, large living room with dining area, laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and composes of three double bedrooms and a room with three single beds. On the first floor are also a panoramic living room and two bathrooms with shower.

The farmhouse is equipped with private swimming pool, barbecue, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.

Access to the Farmhouse

The road to the farmhouse is narrow and steep and is not suited for sports cars.
