Descriprition

The farmhouse is located in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, on the gentle Chianti hills, halfway from Florence and Siena. The estate consists in the villa and a small barn. Both buildings have been recently renovated with an eye to preserving their original structures. The windows of the villa and the garden overlook the surroundign hills, fields, vineyards and olive groves. Renting the villa could prove to be an excellent solution for those who want to discover Florentine Chianti and the wineries that produce the famous homonymous wine, but also for art and culture lovers: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Colle Val d`Elsa are within easy car reach for pleasant one-day trips.

The owners live nearby and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

Around the building stretches a well-tended, completely fenced 1000-square-metre garden. In the garden are the barbecue equipment and the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.00-1.60 m), exclusively reserved to guests. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and the garden is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building. The apartment for rent is on the first floor; it sleeps 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.

The apartment has an independent entry and composes of living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen corner, dovecot-studio, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms.

The vacation farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning, Internet connection, DVD player, cot bed, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and private car parking place.
