The farmhouse stands in panoramic position on the hills between Pisa and Lucca, in an area that enjoys a mild and agreeable climate the whole year round.

Thanks to its position, the farmhouse is the ideal solution for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy. At the same time, it is an excellent departure point for visiting all of the most important Tuscan cities of art, including Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. The beaches of Versilia and the thermal baths of Uliveto Terme are within a few kilometres of the property. A tennis club and riding stable are in proximity to the farmhouse as well.

The ancient farmhouse dating to the 17th century has been recently renovated and furnished in the traditional Tuscan rural style.


The Outdoors

The wide panoramic terrace in front of the house overlooks the valley below and is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.

In the beautiful terraced garden dotted with olive trees lies the private swimming pool (10x4 m; depth: 0.25-1.45 m), which affords an enthralling view of the surrounding hills covered with olive groves.

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room with an ancient fireplace, the living room that becomes a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom with an ensuite half bathroom, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
