Description

The farmhouse, a building dating from the 11th century, stands near Cortona (Arezzo), on the hills of Valdichiana. Immersed in the Tuscan forests, it is an excellent accommodation for those who want to spend some days surrounded by the colours and fragrances of Arezzo countryside.

Cortona, Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo and other Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.

A riding stable, some tennis courts and a golf club are a few kilometres from the elegant stone building.


The Outdoors

In the garden that surrounds the farmhouse lies the fenced private swimming pool (8x12 m; depth: 1.60 m). The pool side is furnished with sunshades, sun loungers, deck chairs and tables.

A gazebo in the garden is furnished with table and benches for having meals al fresco.

In the garden are also the barbecue equipment, a swing and a children's playground with slide, table-football table and table-tennis table.

An organic vegetable garden is at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building divided into four apartments; it sleeps 8+7 guests in 4 double bedrooms, 2 double sofa beds and 3 supplementary single beds, and has 4 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 is on the ground floor and composes of a wide kitchen used as the common dining room, a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom.
Apartment 2 is on the ground floor and consists of kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

An external staircase leads to apartments 3 and 4, on the first floor.
Apartment 3 composes of a large kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Apartment 4 consists of kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Three supplementary single beds can be added in the bedrooms of three apartments.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool with whirlpool corner, swing, slide, table-football table, table-tennis table, bicycles, barbecue, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking place.
A baby sitter, a cook and maid and breakfast services are available upon request.
