Description

The beautiful farmhouse is located in Valdichiana, between Cortona and Lake Trasimeno and is an excellent accommodation for relaxing holidays in close contact with nature in the peaceful countryside at the border between Tuscany and Umbria.

Many famous cities of art of Tuscany and central Italy, such as Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, Perugia and Assisi, are within easy driving distance.

In origin, the elegant stone building dating from the 19th century was a mill.


The Outdoors

A vast park dotted with long-stemmed trees surrounds the farmhouse. A big oak tree stands at the centre of the park and a stream flows in the estate.

The park is furnished with table and chairs for dining in the open air.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

The swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) is about 300 metres from the building and is shared with the guests of another small farmhouse.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a three-storey building that sleeps 3+4 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 2 double sofa beds and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is a small apartment composed of kitchen-living room with two double sofa beds, walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.
On the first and second floor is a second apartment consisting of kitchen-living room (first floor), small living room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower (second floor).

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, TV set, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and cot bed.
