Description

The farmhouse (sleeping 10+2) stands in panoramic position atop a hillock in the heart of Val di Cecina, just a few kilometres from Volterra, the town of alabaster, and other important Tuscan tourist and cultural towns, such as San Gimignano and Colle Val d`Elsa. The complex is the ideal accommodation for nature lovers and for those who desire to relax doing sports: in fact, in the neighbourhood of the farmhouse there are a riding stable and a golf course. The elegant rooms are cosy and warm and the farmhouse is provided with all comforts. The swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 2.20 m) situated in the garden commands the wonderful Tuscan countryside. Guests can bask in the sun using the chairs, tables and sunloungers around the pool or can relax under the sunshades. At guests` disposal: Internet connection, laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board, wood-fired oven and barbecue equipment. Bicycles are supplied upon request for excursions in the neighbourhood of the complex.

The owners of the farmhouse live nearby and will be glad to help guests in case of need.


Accommodation

The farmhouse (5 double bedrooms, 2 single sofa beds and 5 bathrooms) is divided into three apartments spreading out over two floors and is rented as a unit. The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, veranda, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first floor composes of two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms with fireplace, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both the living rooms on the first floor are furnished with a single sofa bed.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, satellite TV, barbecue, working fireplace, CD player, hairdryer, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, moka coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, wood-burning oven and private car parking place. Bicycles are supplied upon request.

A cook and baby-sitting, maid and breakfast services are available upon request.
