The ideal accommodation for relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, the farmhouse is also an excellent departure point for visiting Siena, the whole Val d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Arezzo and other tourist destinations in southern Tuscany within short driving distance.
Many thermal towns are within a few kilometres of the property.

The beautiful stone building features some typical elements of the traditional Tuscan rustic architecture, including brick beamed ceilings, terracotta-tiled floors and brick archways.


The Outdoors

A wide fully fenced garden stretches around the farmhouse.

The private swimming pool (9x4.5 m; depth: 1.70 m) that lies a few dozen metres from the house is exclusively reserved to guests.

The vegetable garden in the estate is at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 7 guests in 1 triple bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and has 2 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, a storeroom, the living room with fireplace and access to the veranda, the dining area and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a large passageway room, a room with a double and a single bed and private bathroom with bathtub, a twin bedroom with a private half bathroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The veranda has a direct access to the garden.

The farmhouse id equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
Dinners with traditional Tuscan dishes are organised upon request.
