Description

The elegant farmhouse dating back to the early 20th century is part of a vast property situated in the countryside between Arezzo and Siena, just a few kilometres from the Chianti region. Thanks to its geographical position, it is an excellent departure point for visiting not only Arezzo and Siena, but also Cortona, San Gimignano, Florence, the whole Chianti region and many other Tuscan places of artistic and cultural interest.

Some of the rooms feature brick arches and terracotta-tiled floors, which are typical elements of the Tuscan rustic style.


The Outdoors

A wide and fully fenced park dotted with magnificent century-old trees stretches around the house.

A large solarium area surrounds the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-2 m). The pool is equipped with an external shower.

A masonry barbecue is at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 2 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is the laundry room.
Nine steps lead to the upper floor, which composes of entry hall with access to a small covered terrace, dinette with fireplace, access to a small covered terrace and kitchenette, living room with dining area and access to a small covered terrace, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, external shower, masonry barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection, telephone, oven, freezer, toaster, American-style coffee maker, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
Guests can purchase the wine and olive oil produced in the farm.
