Description

The ancient Tuscan rural house (6+1 sleeping accommodations) stands on the hills, just a few kilometres from Lucca, and commands the valley below.

The house is located right at the centre of an olive grove; in the background, is an acacia and pinewood. The farmhouse is the ideal accommodation for relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy.

The house has two terraces with ancient terracotta floors.


The Outdoors

The 4000-square-metre garden is fenced and the access gate is remote controlled.

In the garden are a table-tennis table, a swimming pool (5.5 x 10.5 m), the barbecue equipment, tables, chairs, two city bikes and a solarium area furnished with sun lounges.

In the garden are many olive trees and numerous oleanders.


Accommodation

The house sleeps 6+1 guests in 1 double-bedded room, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are a veranda-office with a big 5-metre French door that opens directly on the swimming pool; a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and double wash-basin; two bedrooms with two single beds; a bathroom with bathtub; and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment.
The first floor composes of the kitchen featuring a 300-litre fridge, a traditional and a microwave oven, dishwasher and various electric kitchen tools (toaster, etc.); a small service bathroom; and a large dining room with table, sofa, stereo system and TV set.

The villa is provided with swimming pool, solarium area, Internet connection, barbecue equipment, working fireplace, bicycles and car park.

A tobacconist, a grocer, a post office, riding stables and a restaurant are 2 kilometres from the farmhouse.

The farmhouse is situated on the hills of Lucca, about 7 kilometres from Lucca historical centre.
