Description

The beautiful house was built in the 1970s in a very peaceful area in Arezzo countryside, near Rassina.

Situated between Arezzo and Casentino, the farmhouse is an excellent solution for visiting the town of the "Giostra del Saracino" and the four valleys that compose its province (Casentino, Valdichiana, Valdarno and Valtiberina), as well as for discovering less-renowned villages and small towns rich in interesting monuments, such as Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo, Poppi and its famous castle, and for visiting the celebrated Sanctuary of La Verna. Many nice town feasts are held in the surrounding area in summer and autumn.

The cosy house with terracotta-tiled floors and wood ceilings has been recently renovated and is furnished in a simple rustic style.


The Outdoors

In front of the building stretches a fully fenced garden furnished for having meals outdoor, featuring also a masonry barbecue and the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.40 m), which affords a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building sleeping 7 guests in 1 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, and has 1 bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the laundry room and a double bedroom with ensuite half-bathroom.
The first floor composes of kitchen with dining area and fireplace, living room, a triple bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Both rooms on the ground floor are accessed only from the garden.
