Description

The farm (6 apartments and 2 farmhouses) is situated in a park surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, less than 1 kilometre from a small village called Montaione. Guests can purchase the DOCG Chianti wine, the extra virgin olive oil, the grappa, the sparkling wine and the vinsanto produced in the farm.

Two swimming pools, a tennis court and the season fruit and vegetables cultivated in the farm are at guests’ disposal.

House Leonardo (4+2 beds - 2 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): the two-storey house covers a surface of 80 m² and composes of fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside guests have at their disposal a vast and reserved garden area, furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.

House Brunelleschi (6+2 beds - 3 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and 2 bathrooms): independent house with covering a surface of 90 m². The two-storey building composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside guests have at their disposal a vast and reserved garden area, furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.

Apartment Rossini (2+2 beds - 1 double bedroom + 2 single armchair beds and 1 bathroom): the apartment covers a surface of 60 m² and composes of a wide living/kitchen area with two single armchair beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electric household appliances (including a dishwasher), whereas the living room features a large fireplace, a satellite TV and a direct telephone. Outside guests have at their disposal a reserved garden area furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
