Description

The villa is located in southern Tuscany, near Chianciano Terme, a town in the province of Siena particularly renowned for its thermal baths.

The farmhouse is part of a large property of more than 800 hectares that includes also an abbey dating from the 11th century. A footpath leads to the ruins of a medieval castle that once stood near the house.

Situated in a very peaceful area of the Tuscan countryside, the farmhouse is the ideal lodging for relaxing holidays in the utmost privacy.

Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Radicofani, Abbadia San Salvatore and other villages of Val d'Orcia, as well as Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena and the thermal resorts of San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme and Bagni San Filippo are easily reached by car. Nearby Chiusi Scalo railway station offers daily connections to Florence and Arezzo.

The beautiful rooms with beamed ceilings are furnished with care and elegance.


The Outdoors

The farmhouse is immersed in a large property of more than 800 hectares and has a private garden.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

An area for having meals in the open air can be arranged in the garden.

The farmhouse is a two-storey building the sleeps 16 guests in 2 triple bedrooms and 5 twin bedrooms, and has 7 bathrooms.
