The beautiful farmhouse is perched on a hill situated between Florence and Siena, just a few kilometres from Colle Val d'Elsa.

The ideal accommodation for relaxing holidays in the Tuscan countryside, the farmhouse is an excellent departure point for visiting, apart from the above-mentioned Florence and Siena, the whole Chianti region, with its medieval villages, its ancient churches and the wineries producing the famous Chianti DOCG wine, San Gimignano and Volterra.

A tennis club, a riding stable and a golf club are within a few kilometres of the property.


The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.40-1.60 m) and the barbecue equipment are at guests' disposal in the wide, fully fenced park that surrounds the house.

The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building divided into four apartments and rented as a sigle unit. The farmhouse sleeps 20 guests in 4 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds and has 5 bathrooms. Three apartments are on the ground floor and the fourth one is on the first floor.

Apartment 1 is on the ground floor and composes of kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
Apartment 2 and 3 are on the ground floor and they both consist of kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Apartment 4 is on the first floor and composes of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Apartment 4 features also a balcony overlooking the park and the swimming pool.

All the twin bedrooms can be converted into double bedrooms upon request.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking place.
A cook and a domestic help are available upon request.
