The farmhouse is a few kilometres from Empoli and stands on a promontory that commands Valdelsa and the Florentine plain.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the ancient oil-mill transformed into a holiday villa is an excellent accommodation for relaxing in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

The farmhouse stands in strategic position at the centre of a triangle whose vertexes are represented by Florence, Siena and Pisa. These three famous Tuscan cities are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips, as well as many other Tuscan tourist destinations, including Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Vinci, Certaldo and Montelupo Fiorentino.

A golf club, some tennis courts and a riding stable are within a few kilometres of the farmhouse.


The Outdoors

The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with the barbecue equipment. The private swimming pool (4x11 m; depth: 0.50-1.80 m) overlooks the gentle Tuscan hills.

A large porch is furnished for having meals al fresco.

The complex composes of the villa and an apartment; it sleeps 16+2 guests in 8 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 9 bathrooms.

The villa is a two-storey building.
The ground floor composes of kitchen/dining room, living room with fireplace and a bathroom.
On the ground floor are seven double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.

The apartment composes of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
