The farmhouse is located on the hills around Florence, near the little town of San Polo in Chianti and is surrounded by 3 hectares of land with olive trees and vineyard.

The property stands atop a hill and affords a breathtaking view of the Arno river valley and Vallombrosa mountains.

The villa, which in the 16th century belonged to the Medici family, has been completely restructured some years ago with an eye to maintaining the typical Tuscan style and feaures a stone façade, terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings.

Famous historic Tuscan cities such as Arezzo and Siena are within easy driving distance for pleasant one-day jaunts. Moreover, the wonderful Chianti region, with its vineyards and beautiful landscape, lies within few kilometers (Greve in Chianti is just 20 kilometres from the villa).

The owners of farmhouse live nearby and will be glad to help theier guests in case of need.

The villa sleeps 8+1 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 single sofa bed, has 2 bathrooms and is divided into two apartments.

The apartment on the ground floor composes of kitchen with fireplace, living room with single sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathrooms.
The apartment on the first floor consists of kitchen/living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
