Description

The farmhouse is the result of the renovation of an ancient cottage situated on the hills that surround Lucca, in Segromigno in Monte, just a few kilometres from Capannori and the beaches of Versilia.

The farmhouse stands in a three-hectare fully-fenced estate accessed through an electric gate and has a wonderful view over Lucca plain and the surrounding countryside.

Not only is the farmhouse the ideal accommodation for those who dream of relaxing vacations in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, it is also an excellent departure point for visiting many important Tuscan cities of art, including Lucca and Pisa, or for pleasant trips at the discovery Garfagnana`s natural beauties and legends.


The Outdoors

Guests can relax in the shadow of the maple, walnut and horse-chestnut trees scattered in the wide garden that surrounds the building, as children enjoy themselves with the swing, the playhouse and the table-tennis table in the children`s playground or play in the small private football field.
Next to the private swimming pool (6.30x14 m; depth: 1.00-2.40 m) equipped with sun loungers, gazebos, table and chairs are a whirlpool bath with warm water sitting five people and an external shower.
The covered veranda is furnished for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building with large and comfortable rooms furnished in rustic style; it sleeps 11 people in 5 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with fireplace communicating with the living area, two double bedrooms with direct access to the garden, and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a further double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
