Description

The farmhouse is situated in Valdichiana, just 3 kilometres from Arezzo and its wonderful historic centre. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, it is the ideal accommodation for those who dream of relaxing holidays in close contact with nature.
Many country roads stretch around the estate for guests to have pleasant walks and mountain-bike or horseback rides.
The many medieval villages in the province of Arezzo, with their castles and parish churches, Sansepolcro, Cortona and Anghiari are within easy reach.


The Outdoors

The farmhouse is surrounded by 40 hectares of land covered with olive groves, orchards and vineyards. Guests can freely pick the fruit from the trees.

The private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.40 m) that lies about 20 metres from the farmhouse has a whirlpool corner. The pool side is furnished with sun loungers and sunshades.

In the garden are also a table for having meals al fresco, the barbecue equipment and a wood-burning oven.


Accommodation

The farmhouse is a two-storey building divided into two apartments; in total it sleeps 8+3 people in 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 supplementary single beds; it has 3 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
The ground floor consists in spaces used for private parties and events. On the same floor are also a bathroom and a half bathroom.
The apartments are on the first floor and both compose of equipped kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Three supplementary single beds can be added in the bedrooms.
Under the external staircase leading to the apartments there is an old wood-burning oven once used for making bread.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool with whirlpool area, barbecue, wood-burning oven, air conditioning, Internet connection, oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking place.
A cook and a maid service are available upon request.

A food shop, a cafe, a wine shop, a pizzeria and a church are in La Pace, 1 kilometre from the farmhouse.
A riding stable and a tennis club are respectively 3 and 4 kilometres from the estate.
