Description

Immersed in the green Tuscan countryside and surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the farmhouse (13 sleeping accommodations) stands on a hillock commanding the Arno valley, the Consuma mountains and the Chianti and Vallombrosa woods.

The swimming pool (8x4.50 m) equipped with sunloungers, chairs and a gazebo lies in the wide garden that surrounds the building.

The farmhouse is divided into three independent apartments featuring typical Tuscan rustic elements, such terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The apartments are furnished with good taste and provided with all comforts (independent heating system, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, TV and hi-fi system). Each apartment has a terrace or a balcony furnished with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Possibility of adding a cot in every apartment.

Guided Tuscan wine tasting for groups of at least six people. Organization of private dinners with choice among six different menus and possibility of requesting a menu featuring only typical Tuscan dishes. Tennis courts, five-a-side football fields, riding stables, a gym and a lake for sportfishing in the neighbourhood.


Accommodation

The farmhouse (4 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 1 quadruple bedroom and 4 bathrooms) is divided into three independent apartments. Possibility of adding a supplementary single bed or a cot in every apartment.

Apartment Favilla (sleeps 6 - 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms): it is the largest apartment and covers a surface of 130 m². It composes of large living/dining room with TV, kitchen equipped with fridge, oven and dishwasher, two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Apartment Fienile (sleeps 4 - 1 quadruple bedroom and 1 bathroom): the two-storey apartment covers a surface of 50 m². The ground floor is divided into kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The first floor composes of a large room divided into living/dining area with TV, area used as a double bedroom and area used as a twin bedroom.

Aparment Portico (sleeps 4 - 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom): the apartment covers a surface of 65 m² and composes of kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.


Facilities

Each apartment is provided with independent heating system, fridge, oven, dishwasher, TV, hi-fi system, kettle, American coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer and washing machine. Swimming pool (8x4.50 m) in the garden. Guided Tuscan wine tasting and tasting lessons for groups of at least six people. Organization of private dinners.
