The property is situated in eastern Tuscany, at the border with Umbria, near Monterchi. The charming village in the province of Arezzo hosts an interesting museum dedicated to scales and weighing instruments and is mainly renowned because of the so-called "Madonna del Parto", a painting by the famous artist Piero della Francesca.

Being located at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, the farmhouse is an excellent departure point for visiting Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangelo, Cortona, Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and many other cities of art in central Italy.
