Description
The farmhouse is a beautiful stone building set in scenery location on the hills of Chianti Classico, in Greve in Chianti. Florence historic centre is within a few dozen kilometres and easily reached by car.
The farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, but also for visiting Siena, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, the whole Chianti region with its charming small towns and many other places of historic and cultural interest in Tuscany.
The owners live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.
The Outdoors
In the wide furnished garden that surrounds the farmhouse are the swimming pool (16x9 m; maximum depth: 2 m), to be shared with the owners, and the barbecue equipment.
A loggia is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.
The washing machine is at guests' disposal in the laundry room accessed from the garden.
Accommodation
The farmhouse is a two-storey building that sleeps 9 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and has 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are the kitchen with fireplace and direct access to the outside, the dining room, two living rooms (one with TV set and fireplace) and a sitting room.
The first floor consists of a large with access to the outdoors, four double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with bathtub), a single bedroom and two bathrooms.

The farmhouse is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, TV set, stereo system with CD player, oven, microwave oven, freezer, American-style coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
Italian cooking lessons are organised upon request.
