The beautiful villa is situated in the province of Siena, just a few kilometres from Chianciano Terme and its thermal baths. The charming villages of Val d'Orcia (Radicofani, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Castiglione d'Orcia and Montalcino), Montepulciano, other renowned thermal resorts such as San Casciano dei Bagni and Bagni San Filippo, and many other Tuscan and Umbrian tourist destinations are easily reached both by car and by train.

The villa is part of a wide estate of about 800 hectares dominated by an ancient abbey dating back from the 11th century.

The main house is a two-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 1 double bedrooms and 5 twin bedrooms, and has 6 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, living room with working fireplace, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and two twin bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.
A corkscrew staircase leads to the first floor, consisting of a small living room and three twin bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.

A courtyard accessed from the kitchen leads to the first outbuilding, featuring a large dining room with reading corner.

The second outbuilding sleeps 4 guests and composes of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

Four of the twin bedrooms can be converted into double bedrooms.
