A riding stable, a tennis club and a golf club are just a few kilometres from the property. Arezzo, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Monterchi, Cortona, Siena, Florence and many other Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.


The Outdoors

In the garden that stretches around the building are a wood-burning oven, the barbecue equipment and a gazebo furnished for having meals in the open air.

The private swimming pool (12x5 m; depth: 1.50 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

In the garden is also a bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor is a living room with fireplace, kitchen corner and dining area.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. On the first floor is also a bathroom with shower.
